TokenPager

TokenPager is a modern, zero-hardware digital guest paging and token calling system that turns your customers' smartphones into instant buzzers.
Traditional plastic pagers cost hundreds of dollars, break easily, get lost and fail beyond a 100-meter range. SMS waitlists add carrier fees and create friction by forcing customers to hand over private phone numbers. TokenPager replaces both with a lightweight, 100% browser-based Progressive Web App (PWA).
How it works:
Scan: Customers scan a counter QR code or printed ticket. No app store download or account signup is required.
Wait: Guests enter their token number and allow notifications. Their browser maintains a live connection showing preparation status in real time, allowing them to wait in their car or browse nearby with unlimited range over cellular data or Wi-Fi. Up to 5 companions can track the exact same token simultaneously.
Alert: When staff tap "Call" from the web dashboard, the customer's phone wakes up with an instant lock-screen alert, audible chime, and haptic vibration.
Key Features for Operators:
Zero Hardware Needed: Run the staff calling dashboard and kitchen display screens on any existing phone, tablet, Ipad or PC browser.
Privacy-First : Completely anonymous—collects zero phone numbers or emails from customers and reduces friction.
Flexible Presets: Built-in terminology toggles for restaurants, table waitlists, offices, car wash, service counters and along with custom messages for any use case.
