About Saga20
Saga20 is an all-in-one AI-powered platform designed to eliminate the busywork from running a tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) campaign. It replaces the need for manual note-taking, session recaps, and wiki management by automating the entire process. For Game Masters (GMs) and players alike, Saga20 transforms raw session audio into structured, searchable, and evolving campaign documentation. The core value proposition is simple: just hit record, play your game, and let the software handle the rest. It is built for any group playing any system, from Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder to Call of Cthulhu, Cyberpunk RED, and Vampire: The Masquerade, supporting over 25 languages. The platform automatically generates instant session summaries, recognizes individual players by their voice across multiple sessions, and updates a living campaign wiki that tracks characters, NPCs, locations, factions, and items. Beyond the auto-wiki, Saga20 provides a suite of essential tools including a character sheet builder, a world builder for managing entities, a campaign graph that visually maps all connections, and one-click sharing with players. It also features deep Discord integration for publishing recaps directly into a server. Designed for efficiency, Saga20 requires zero setup, no manual tagging, and no audio editing. It works with recordings from any device, regardless of quality, making it a powerful productivity tool for busy GMs who want to focus on storytelling, not paperwork.
Features of Saga20
Session Recording and Auto-Summarization
Upload any audio file from any device, regardless of quality, and Saga20 automatically transforms it into structured session notes and a comprehensive summary. The system identifies key events, player decisions, and plot threads, then organizes them for immediate use. Your campaign wiki updates in real-time, ensuring no detail is lost.
Voice Auto-Match for Player Recognition
After the first session, Saga20 creates a unique voice fingerprint for each player. In all future recordings, the system automatically identifies who is speaking without any manual setup or tagging. This allows for accurate attribution of dialogue and actions, enriching the narrative context of every summary.
Dynamic World Builder and Campaign Graph
Manage every entity in your campaign from a single workspace, including characters, NPCs, locations, factions, and items. Use @-mentions to link entities together. The Campaign Graph visually maps every connection between these elements, updating automatically after each session to provide a clear, at-a-glance view of your world's evolving relationships.
One-Click Sharing and Discord Integration
Share complete session summaries and campaign pages with your players using a single click. Recipients can read everything without needing an account. For Discord users, connect your campaign to a server and publish beautifully formatted recaps directly into a channel, keeping your entire group informed with zero extra effort.
Use Cases of Saga20
Streamlining a Weekly D&D Campaign
A busy GM running a weekly D&D 5e game records each session on a phone. Saga20 automatically generates a structured summary, identifies which player spoke which lines, and updates the campaign wiki with new NPCs and locations. The GM shares the recap to Discord, and players catch up instantly without reading messy notes.
Managing a Complex Pathfinder 2e World
For a sprawling Pathfinder 2e campaign with multiple factions and locations, a GM uses the World Builder to create detailed entity pages. After each session, Saga20 automatically links new events to existing characters and places. The Campaign Graph reveals hidden connections, helping the GM plan future plot hooks and maintain narrative consistency.
Running a Covert Cyberpunk RED One-Shot
A GM runs a one-shot for a new group using Cyberpunk RED. They upload a single audio file from a laptop. Saga20 recognizes the players by voice, creates a full session summary, and builds a temporary wiki with the key NPCs and locations introduced. The GM shares the page with players for post-game review and planning.
Handling a Multilingual Call of Cthulhu Group
A group of international players runs a Call of Cthulhu campaign mixing English and Spanish. Saga20 supports over 25 languages, accurately transcribing and summarizing the session in the primary language. The auto-generated wiki captures the growing horror, tracking investigators, clues, and sanity-shattering entities across sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my potato phone recording work?
Probably! We have tested with everything from expensive microphones to phones stuffed in the middle of a table. As long as people can be heard, even if they are mumbly, it usually works well. The worse the audio, the more you might need to clean up player names, but the core summaries and wiki updates will still function.
Are you storing my players' voices?
No. We create voice fingerprints, which are like numerical passwords that represent vocal patterns. We do not store actual voice data. It is similar to how your phone recognizes your face with FaceID without storing an actual photo of your face. Your privacy and your players' privacy are protected.
How secure are my session recordings and voice data?
We take your privacy seriously. Once your session summary is generated, your original audio file is processed securely. Voice fingerprints are anonymized and used only to identify speakers across sessions. We do not share or sell your data. Standard security protocols are in place to protect all uploaded content.
What game systems does Saga20 support?
Saga20 works with any TTRPG system. It is explicitly built for D&D (all editions), Pathfinder (1e and 2e), Call of Cthulhu (all editions), Cyberpunk RED, and Vampire: The Masquerade. However, the platform adapts to any RPG you play. If you do not see your system listed, it will still function effectively.
